Boutique wealth management firm in Irvine, CA serving high net worth clientele seeks a Financial Advisor to support client relationships, present financial plans, and deliver a high-touch client experience in a growing firm.
Relationship-driven growth role with community networking and referrals; no cold-calling or quotas/No portable book required.
Highlights
Support client relationships as the day-to-day point of contact, running review meetings, interpreting and presenting financial plans, and managing follow-through
Ramp alongside a senior advisor, then transition to independently leading meetings and owning a defined client segment
Partner with a centralized Paraplanning and Client Service team for meeting preparation, plan updates, onboarding, and documentation so you can stay client-facing
Contribute to firm growth through community presence, client referrals, and centers-of-influence; a long-term equity path is available for advisors who demonstrate leadership and bring in new relationships and AUM
Competitive compensation package ($110,000 – $125,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $10,000 – $30,000, and excellent benefits)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Licensing: Series 7 or 66 or Series 65
3+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience with clear strength in meeting leadership and plan presentation
