Base pay range $97,500/yr – $145,700/yr

Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses.
Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients, securing the best terms.
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Utilize marketing strategies and digital tools to promote listings and build a personal brand.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri.
Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property types.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
