About the Role As a
Wealth Manager , you will be a salaried, fee-only fiduciary who always does what’s right for the client. You will build relationships without the pressure to sell commissionable products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive wealth management within the Annex Wealth Management team.
Facilitate the financial planning process through discovery conversations focusing on the client’s values, goals, and objectives.
Lead clients through ongoing relationship reviews to ensure needs are met.
Engage in business development: prospecting, developing referral sources, leveraging contacts.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal partners and teammates.
Commit to continuing education, training and talent development; mentor new team members.
Adhere to internal and external securities policies and the code of ethics.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
CFP required; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
5+ years in wealth advisory roles.
Strong understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management and financial planning principles.
Exceptional relationship management skills with a client‑centric approach.
Proven ability to drive referrals, organic asset growth and retention.
Proficiency in wealth‑management platforms, CRM systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Black Diamond/Orion, Holistiplan, eMoney).
Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset, especially in high‑touch service environments.
