As a Talent Acquisition Manager, a typical day for you will include: Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities. Effectively manage, coach, and train recruiters to deliver excellent results, instill a standard of excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process. Identify and leverage the right internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, social media, job fairs, networking and third‑party assistance. Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top‑tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance. Lead recruiter for critical and confidential leadership positions. Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of previous recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology. Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve recruiting goals and foster a collaborative culture. Ability to develop creative talent acquisition strategies to implement effective recruitment plans. Strong business acumen to identify the talent needs of the business. Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop solutions. Knowledge of high‑volume recruiting, interviewing and selection process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently without supervision as well as work in a team. Education

Bachelor’s Degree required. PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP preferred. Schedule / In‑Office Requirements

Hybrid working model; 3 days in office, 2 days teleworking in Irving or Waco, Texas. Office locations:
