JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
Managing call time program, under the oversight of the Finance Director. This includes:
Preparing call lists and sheets for the candidate in CallTime.AI.
Staffing candidate during daily call time, providing in-depth information about donors as needed and inputting detailed call time notes into call time tracker, ensuring all action items are documented and tracked to completion.
Performing all call time follow up, including timely emails, letters, and calls.
Prospecting potential donors and overseeing donor research program.
Scheduling calls with prospective supporters.
Ensuring candidate time is used as efficiently as possible.
Assisting the finance team with the development of fundraising strategy, including pitching creative fundraising ideas.
Overseeing finance interns and general volunteers, as needed.
Staffing fundraising events and meetings, as needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge of NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
A valid US driver’s license, and access to reliable, insured transportation.
The Call Time Manager must be willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska.
