Manager of Talent Booking

Overview Vevo is the world’s leading music video network, connecting a global audience to high‑quality music video content. We partner with Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment and provide artists, labels, and managers with innovative promotion and production opportunities. The Manager of Talent Booking will work with our label and management partners to secure original content bookings and support all LA‑based shoots.
Responsibilities
Secure original content bookings for in‑studio and on‑location productions across Vevo’s LA and NY studios.
Provide on‑site coverage for all LA‑based productions.
Communicate pre‑production needs between artist/label teams and the Vevo production team.
Serve as liaison between Vevo’s production team and artist teams during shoots.
Coordinate with Vevo’s legal team for artist release forms and contracts.
Pitch artists for flagship programs such as Vevo DSCVR New Music, DSCVR, Artists to Watch, and Artist of the Year.
Collaborate with the UK/EU team to align global label priorities.
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Programming teams on social media campaigns, CTV initiatives, and internal client events.
Assist in the ideation and execution of Content & Programming events.
Use YouTube Analytics and Vevo’s Backstage software to predict artist trajectories for potential bookings.
Qualifications
3‑5 years booking experience.
Working knowledge of the music landscape and opportunities across partners and DSPs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Knowledge of production, live performance, or audio is a plus.
Spanish language skills and knowledge of the Latin music market is a plus.
Flexible schedule to accommodate East and West Coast hours.

Salary:
$80,000 – $85,000 a year
