HR Specialist Responsibilities
Maintain employee documents
Working knowledge of HRIS systems (ADP) but not required
Leave administration
Working experience with insurance carriers and brokers
Documenting compensation changes
Calling service representatives for HRIS issues
Onboarding orientation with new hires
Exit interviews with terming employees
Communications with employees
I-9 verifications
Assist in immigration process
Assist in tracking company assets that employees have
Monitor state tax issues
Drafting and updating company policies
Requirements
Recent graduate in Human Resources
Prefer 1-2 years HR experience
Commuting distance (15 miles) from Schaumburg Illinois
HRIS and Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Multi-tasking abilities
Seniority level Associate
