Key Responsibilities
Evaluate nuanced risk submissions across primary and layered casualty programs
Apply advanced knowledge of coverage structures, pricing strategies, and policy language
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored underwriting solutions
Cultivate and expand relationships with wholesale distribution partners
Contribute to product innovation, team development, and client engagement initiatives
Pursue ongoing professional education and industry certifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in commercial liability underwriting
Strong familiarity with non‑standard markets and E&S distribution channels
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Self‑motivated team player with a growth mindset and client‑first approach
