Columbus, Ohio Top preforming and established independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced
Commercial &
Personal Lines Account Manager
to deliver exceptional service while managing both new and renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Commercial & Personal Lines accounts, some (HNW), ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle quoting new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting.
Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs.
Use agency management system to keep accurate records.
Qualifications
2+ years commercial lines insurance account management experience from an independent agency. HNW knowledge a plus.
Active P&C license.
Knowledge of insurance products and carriers.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
