Key responsibilities
Manage all payroll processing and related accounting for the organization, including contractors as needed.
Post revenue activity from various sources and reconcile the activity to QuickBooks.
Post transactions to the general ledger, reconcile various accounts, and analyze monthly financials.
Monitor aged receivables for collection issues and accuracy of receipts applications.
Participate in the development, enhancement, and implementation of processes and procedures to gain efficiencies, strengthen controls, and improve reporting.
Support the treasury function as needed.
Participate in the annual audit, budget process, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, organized, results‑oriented with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient with various accounting software programs and Microsoft Office suite.
Interested in continually learning, seeking solutions, and working collaboratively with various departments within the organization.
Location: Seattle, WA. Salary: $113,200 - $171,100.
