Partners is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities. This role requires a hands‑on, detail‑driven leader who can manage accounting functions, guide process improvements, and partner with executive leadership to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Corporate Accounting team, overseeing accounting operations across multiple entities.
Oversee AP, AR, intercompany transactions and entries.
Maintain company treasury and daily cash operations.
Maintenance, setup, and functionality of Sage Intacct accounting system.
Manage quarterly forecasting and year‑end budget through Sage Intacct Planning.
Monthly financial performance review of various entity’s financial reports.
Provide monthly budget variance information.
Collaborate with the CFO on executive and board reporting.
Partner with department leaders on budgets, and financial topics.
Review semi‑monthly payroll journal entries, yearly 1099s, and submittal of returns.
Prepare yearly property tax renditions.
Coordinate with external CPA firms on audits and year‑end tax returns.
Daily review of invoices via the AP automation tool.
Maintain proper accounting records; ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Protect organization’s value by upholding confidentiality.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership; multi‑entity background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
Expertise in ERP systems; Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑optimization abilities.
Excellent communicator able to collaborate effectively across departments and with executive leadership.
High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
