Base pay range: $57.00/hr - $62.00/hr
Location:
San Diego, CA (On-site 3 days a week)
Duration:

Rate:
$57-62/hour
In this role, you will lead work to ensure employees are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence so that teams can deliver for their customers. Successful candidates will have prior change management experience and are highly passionate about improving processes and collaborating across teams to drive change at scale, with high velocity and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead readiness planning and execution for multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless change adoption.
Identify risks, manage mitigation strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Support finance professionals, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency within an AI-powered platform.
Collaborate with product and communications teams to align on changes and messaging.
Oversee development of training, UAT, help content, and SOPs.
Monitor post-release performance and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously optimize change delivery processes for scalability and clarity.
Advocate for employee needs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Mentor teams on change management best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years in change management; 5+ years in program/project management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Experience with AI tools and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to work onsite approximately three days per week initially, with the option to transition to a more flexible or remote schedule over time.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
