This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact Corporate Development team where you'll work directly with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives. The company offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and deal execution. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office.
Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
Supporting end-to-end M&A transaction execution
Conducting industry and company research across various sectors
Preparing marketing materials and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Performing financial modeling and valuation analysis
Assisting in capital raising and strategic partnership efforts
Collaborating closely with executive leadership throughout deal processes
Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
Strong closed M&A transaction experience
Industry background is flexible; focus is on deal execution capability
Solid accounting and finance knowledge with advanced modeling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with C-suite executives
