As the business expands, we are looking for our first Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design and prototyping of new electrical hardware, from schematics to PCBA layout and testing.
Own the full lifecycle of flight hardware — design, bench testing, and functional validation.
Collaborate with build and test teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
Help shape our design processes and guide the evolution of our avionics and PLM systems.
Mentor junior engineers and help grow a world‑class Avionics team.
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in
electrical design
within aerospace, aviation, or high‑growth hardware startups.
Strong background in
power, filtering, logic, software/firmware, and production constraints
using first‑principles thinking.
Familiarity with
DO‑160, MIL‑STD , or other qualification frameworks is a plus.
Must meet
ITAR requirements
