The Opportunity

We are seeking candidates skilled in advising organizations preparing complex cloud‑based systems for regulatory / compliance audit, particularly within SOC 1 and 2 (SOC), PCI DSS 4.0, CSA STAR v4, and ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, and 27701 (ISO) frameworks. This position is vital to accommodate our expanding client base and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Interview client stakeholders to ascertain implementation of security controls (e.g. FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST 800‑53)

Draft detailed reports including deficiency findings in relation to framework or control family requirements, including PCI DSS 4.0

Develop documentation packages to include policies, standards and procedural artifacts that align to industry frameworks and cardholder data environment (CDE) requirements

Advise clients on requirements including potential solutions via leveraged IaaS, PaaS, external SaaS solutions and internal tooling or system configurations to meet security and PCI segmentation, encryption and monitoring objectives

Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships across security, compliance and payment operations organization within the client's domain and stakeholders

Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables

Manage priorities, tasks, and assigned hours on projects to achieve delivery utilization targets

Interface with clients and other internal delivery team members through entire engagement, interacting will all levels of client organizations

Develop technical content for website updates, whitepapers, and blog posts that can be used both internally and by our clients to assist them in evaluating/building out their security programs and maintaining PCI‑aligned continuous compliance

Pursue industry specific certifications and seek continuous professional development (e.g. PCIP, QSA support, CISA)

This is a customer facing role. Travel is expected to be limited in nature; however, you may be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services periodically when needed.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent job experience

5+ years of professional services experience

3+ years of consulting experience against ISO and SOC

Intermediate understanding of cloud architecture

Strong technical acumen with regards to cloud security

Familiarity with IaaS providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure

Deep understanding of all SOC 2 Categories and associated criteria, as well as ISO/IEC 27001 Management Clauses 4‑10 and Annex A controls

Exposure to PCI DSS 3.2.1 or 4.0 assessments (SAQ D, ROC, AoC documentation)

Experience supporting cardholder data environment (CDE) segmentation and scope reduction

Familiarity with ASV scanning, compensating control worksheets (CCWs) or penetration testing requirements

Understanding of merchant/service provider compliance validation and attestation processes

Ability to be self‑directed with little oversight

Ability to quickly assess new and bleeding‑edge technologies and concepts

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProven analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients

Comfortable supporting fast‑paced team environments
