Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations; assist in ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are compliant.

Provide HR administrative support, including edits in SAP SuccessFactors.

Assist with new hire administration and orientation.

Assist in the administration of benefits, including enrolling employees during open enrollment.

Assist with SuccessFactors audits, uploads and data administration.

Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and execution within SuccessFactors.

Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.

Assist members of the HR team with tasks and projects.

Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience or 8+ years Human Resources experience in lieu of a degree.

Broad knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).

Working knowledge of HR-related laws.
