We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer
to join our Creative team at the Adventure Sports platform, home to iconic brands like Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, and CamelBak. In this role, you’ll take concepts from idea to execution, bringing a distinct point of view to each brand. You’ll lead and execute creative design projects, mentor junior and associate designers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver visually compelling and effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand project requirements, business objectives, and target audiences. Translate these insights into effective design strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
Create original and impactful designs across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, web, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
Develop design concepts that resonate with the brand identity and deliver the intended message to the target audience.
Ensure consistent application of the brand guidelines and visual identity across all design projects, maintaining brand integrity while exploring new design elements and styles.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are exceptional.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors as needed, with a digital focus including emails, site assets, and landing pages.
Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements that support marketing campaigns, social media strategies, presentations, and various content formats.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a graphic designer or related role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media.
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Adobe CS proficiency.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a design team.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Familiarity with marketing and brand principles is a plus.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is advantageous but not required.
Passion for the Moto or Cycling industry or an active healthy lifestyle.
Pay Range Annual Salary: $71,000.00 - $85,000.00. The actual annual salary offered will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skill achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
