We are working with a middle-market investment bank that is looking to add an Associate to its Consumer Investment Banking team.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across the consumer space, including retail, food & beverage, and branded products. Associates play a central role in driving execution, managing analysts, and working directly with clients and senior bankers.
Key Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day project manager on M&A and capital markets transactions. Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations. Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors. Draft pitch materials, management presentations, and other transaction documents. Mentor and oversee junior analysts on deliverables. Support senior bankers in business development initiatives and client coverage.
Key Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong transaction experience in M&A and/or capital raising. Advanced technical skills in valuation, accounting, and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred (or ability to obtain).
