VICE PRESIDENT – TABLE GAMES & CASINO OPERATIONS Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The resort features a $1.5 billion expansion, 1,271 rooms, a 42,000‑sq‑ft spa, 19 dining outlets, 20 bars and lounges, and a gaming floor with 3,100 slots, 195 table games and a 45‑table poker room.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, team member engagement, safety, and regulatory compliance for Table Games, Poker, and Sports Book departments.

Develop and implement departmental operational goals and monitor performance and profitability.

Administer effective scheduling to control labor costs, meet staffing objectives, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Prepare, monitor and maintain departmental budgets; report discrepancies to the Executive Compensation Team or property President.

Ensure superior customer service standards across all team members and achieve departmental service goals.

Provide direction to Table Games, Sports Book and Poker leadership; oversee game protection and overall operations.

Stay informed on new technology, equipment and emerging games; evaluate potential benefits for implementation.

Continuously review and improve floor layouts, product mix and pricing to maximize revenue and competitiveness.

Collaborate with marketing to develop cost‑effective promotions and with IT to maximize accounting and player‑tracking systems.

Maintain hold percentages aligned with marketing strategy; oversee capital budgets, equipment, and operational expenses.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs; conduct interviews, hire and manage department leadership.

Ensure compliance with Seminole Tribe, National Indian Gaming Commission, and federal regulations; monitor internal controls.

Promote responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service, discouraging problem gambling and underage consumption.

Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment and manage staff performance and counseling.

Perform any other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing, friendly personality.

Exceptional guest‑service skills, strong listening and communication abilities.

Excellent oral and written communication; ability to operate MS Office including Excel and Word.

Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays, overtime as business requires.

Proficient in casino operations operating systems (CMP, SODA, Tangam, etc.).

Ten (10) years of casino experience, including five (5) years as department head or equivalent.

Knowledge of all Table Games regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills; ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Team‑building and problem‑solving skills; able to resolve stressful situations and work independently.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand for an entire shift and maneuver throughout casino areas.

Ability to lift 30 pounds; bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis.

Experience operating a computer and office equipment; manual dexterity required.

Exposure to second‑hand smoke, noise, and stress of a high‑pressure environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Casino environment with crowds, second‑hand smoke, and excessive noise; intermittent time in indoor, climate‑controlled office spaces.
