giving finance and operations leaders the visibility they’ve always wanted but could never get from spreadsheets.
You’ll step into a
product-led, high-momentum environment
where hundreds of modern businesses already rely on the platform to plan smarter, move faster, and drive profitability with precision.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close.
Own a $700K+ annual quota, closing $15K–$100K ACV deals.
Sell a high-impact SaaS product with clear ROI and strong market traction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to refine GTM strategy.
Build and grow mid-market and enterprise relationships while shaping best practices for a scaling sales org.
Ideal Background
4–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying roles.
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding $700K+ annual targets.
Experience selling user-facing SaaS products (CRM, ERP, project management tools, etc.).
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles (60–90 days, $15K–$100K ACV).
Background in fast-growth, product-led startups or similar environments.
Self-taught, self-managed closer who thrives in high-velocity teams with autonomy.
Compensation & Performance OTE:
$220K–$250K (uncapped commissions)
Quota:
$700K+ annual, with strong accelerators for overperformance
Equity:
