Dealer Sales Manager
to play a key role in driving business-to-business sales within our dealer network. The focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights, implementing innovative sales strategies, and building lasting partnerships that contribute to our success. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to exceed sales targets. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about growing market share and making an impact with every interaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Market Insight & Opportunity Identification:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Provide financial, market, and share insights to inform decision-making.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement impactful sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, benefiting both the company and dealers.
Dealer Growth & Partnership Building:
Identify and onboard new dealers aligned with our brand values and sales objectives. Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships.
Networking & Strategic Influence:
Drive sales through networking, targeting key market segments, and facilitating meetings with industry influencers.
Sales Forecasting & Performance Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to keep management informed.
Dealer Support & Training:
Provide ongoing training and resources to empower dealers with product knowledge and selling skills.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless dealer interactions and resolve challenges efficiently.
CRM Management:
Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track progress, and generate insights.
Market Reporting & Insights:
Share detailed market performance reports, identify growth areas and gaps, and highlight individual contributions to wins.
Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of related sales experience, including account management
Ability to travel at least 50%, or as required
