Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer The Executive Assistant is a critical role for Thermon and provides high- quality support and service to the CEO & President, Executive Team, and Board of Directors, while also serving as office manager for the corporate office. This position requires the Executive Assistant to maintain incredible accuracy, responsiveness, and high-level customer, office, and client focused support.

The ideal Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties while taking on new challenges and wearing multiple hats. What You Will Do Executive Administrative Support

Provide sophisticated correspondence and calendar management for the CEO and the Executive Team, including coordinating all travel logistics.

Expense tracking, including managing the company’s AMEX account.

Proactively schedule internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Board of Directors meetings, Monthly & Quarterly Business Review meetings, monthly staff meetings, employee meetings, etc.

Coordinate investor meetings and non‑Deal Roadshows for the CEO, CFO and COO; create PowerPoint presentations for the CEO for Board of Directors meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Employee Meetings, etc.

Responsible for reviewing correspondence, arranging company dinners, events and other corporate functions, and answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO.

Board of Director and Investor Relations Support

Coordinate all facets of the Quarterly Board of Directors meetings (including location coordination, travel, lodging, catering, AV needs) and manage Board of Directors books prior to each quarterly meeting.

Work directly with investment firms to schedule dates, arrange travel and hotel accommodations, collect presentations for our traveling team and monitor the event for changes that require immediate action.

Office Management

Partner with facilities and building management for all office related support in the Austin corporate location.

Office Management of the corporate office in Austin, TX and coordination with offices & IT globally.

Provide back up for other specific tasks as needed.

Handle all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

6 to 8 years of experience at senior to executive level, as an administrative assistant.

2+ years of office management experience.

Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Must be able to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Demonstrated ability managing multiple assignments/projects and conflicting priorities with the pressure of short, demanding deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level, as well as ability to quickly master other internal systems.

Must be able to pass a credit check.
