Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage the sales team across multiple business lines, including traditional home sales, new construction projects, ADUs, and off‑market properties.

Transaction Oversight:

Supervise all aspects of the sales transaction process, ensuring smooth closings and exceptional client satisfaction.

Strategic Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor high‑performing sales professionals to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Market Expansion:

Identify and capitalize on emerging real estate trends and opportunities within the Bay Area.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with homeowners, investors, and developers.

Marketing & Brand Collaboration:

Work with internal marketing teams to enhance brand presence and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Active California real estate license.

Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership roles.

Strong sales acumen with an assertive, results‑driven mindset.

Experience managing high‑performing sales teams.

Deep knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven sales management.
