We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Leader to join other dynamic sales managers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and exceeding revenue targets. The current sales team has great tenure and is very successful.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and support our team of Estimators for our long-distance moving division. This role is essential to maximizing sales performance, ensuring efficient operations and to help close deals through hands‑on support and leadership. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a high business IQ, and is skilled in Microsoft products.
Responsibilities
Monitor Sales Performance: Oversee incoming call queues to ensure proper call distribution, reduced hold times and optimal coverage during peak hours.
Actively communicate with estimators (sales team) via internal messaging tool (ie- Slack, Teams) to assist in real‑time deal management and overcome objections.
Call Takeovers and Closures: Step in and take over calls as needed to help close deals and secure bookings.
Daily Reporting: Generate and distribute daily call statistics and performance reports to sales staff and leadership each morning using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
Experience:
_ MUST have experience leading an Inside Sales Team
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role
Strong experience in account management and business development
Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Experience in negotiating contracts and building long‑lasting relationships with clients
Excellent customer service skills
Typically 9-10 hours M-F and rotating Saturdays
