Wip™ delivers a better energy experience. Period. We create smart, portable formats that provide a powerful boost without the baggage of traditional energy products. Our team sits at the intersection of science, design, and consumer culture. We bring together innovation, intention, and scale to unlock new energy rituals and meet people wherever they go - training, creating, commuting, or grinding through a shift.
We are building a brand that moves with people – and fuels their days.
The $120B+ U.S. caffeine market is massive and stagnant – dominated by outdated formats that no longer match how people live. Wip™ is here to change that. Our products offer modern consumers a new way to access energy: easy-to-use pouches, crafted with premium, functional ingredients, at a lower cost. We are building a brand and product platform that expands the category and reshapes habits.
This is not an iteration. It is a redefinition.
Our Team
Wip is on a mission to build a once-in-a-generation energy brand, and we are rapidly assembling the team to do it. We are creators, operators, and builders who move fast, think boldly, and operate with high standards. We work across functions - R&D, brand, sales, operations, people, and more - to create something new and enduring.
If you want to shape a company and a category, we want to meet you.
THE ROLE Wip is looking for a Field Sales Representative to own retail execution and drive performance across Orlando/Tampa — one of our important growth markets. You’ll bring Wip to life on shelves and in stores, ensuring we win at the point of sale through visibility, availability, and flawless execution.
This role is first and foremost about sales performance in the field — building strong relationships with retailers and distributor reps, expanding our footprint, and making sure every store is set to sell. You’ll be in stores daily, executing displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring Wip looks and performs like a category leader.
You’ll partner closely with the Territory Sales Manager to grow doors, strengthen distributor partnerships, and deliver against ambitious sales goals. From time to time, you’ll also support select local events, demos, and sampling opportunities to help drive trial and awareness in your market.
It’s a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on action, loves being on the road, and takes pride in building business store by store.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail locations (independents + distributor‑serviced accounts) to ensure perfect in‑store execution and retail standards.
Stock shelves, rotate inventory, set up displays and POS materials, and execute planograms, endcaps, and seasonal promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributor reps, and field partners to maximize availability and visibility.
Partner with the Territory Sales Manager to open new doors, expand distribution, and strengthen local wholesaler performance.
Capture and report store conditions, competitor activity, and photos through Wip’s field reporting tools.
Support flawless execution of promotional programs, secondary placements, and new item launches.
Participate in distributor ride‑alongs, blitzes, and key account days to drive sell‑in and sell‑through.
Partner closely with the Territory Sales Manager to prioritize accounts, align on weekly focus, and report progress.
Sell into new retail doors, in partnership with Territory Sales Manager or independently as opportunities allow.
Serve as the “eyes and ears” in the market — sharing actionable insights on distribution, execution, and competitor performance.
Contribute to regional and national initiatives, including blitzes, launches, and trade events as needed.
Local Activation & Brand Support
Support field marketing initiatives such as events, demos, and sampling programs in partnership with Field Marketing.
Activate in gyms, campuses, specialty shops, and community spaces that reach Wip’s core consumer.
Provide real‑time feedback and insights from the market to help shape future campaigns and creative.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
2+ years experience in beverage, CPG, or lifestyle brands with retail execution.
In‑market event execution experience is a plus.
Hands‑on, energetic, and obsessed with flawless execution. You thrive being out in the field and making things happen.
A natural connector — comfortable building relationships with store owners, distributor reps, and consumers alike.
Organized and self‑directed, with strong communication and reporting habits.
Based in Orlando or Tampa with flexibility to travel across the region and occasionally for internal meetings.
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with high standards and ambitious goals.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary plus performance‑based bonus
