About the Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional workplace services across a portfolio of 60 buildings. This role blends hospitality, facilities coordination, and client engagement to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and students. You’ll work closely with building managers, tradespeople, and the client to maintain high standards of service and presentation.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and develop a team delivering front-of-house services including reception, concierge, and event support.

Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure cross‑training across functions.

Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and recruitment.

Partner with building managers to conduct regular facilities walks focused on cleanliness, beautification, and soft services.

Oversee light repairs, painting, seasonal readiness (winter/summer), and coordination with carpenters, painters, and movers.

Ensure all front-of-house areas are maintained to high standards.

Serve as a key point of contact for client interactions, including building tours and visitor experience.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Manage third‑party vendor programs (e.g., food delivery, transportation, mail services).

Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and oversee invoicing and documentation.

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service enhancements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and training requirements.

What You’ll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

3–5 years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, or facilities management.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly organized with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Pay Disclaimer CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
