Your Role You will establish and cultivate relationships by leveraging OUTFRONT's unique asset offerings including mobile, transit, digital, billboards and specialty media. And you'll work with some of the best creative, sales and marketing people in the out-of-home business.

Your Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Educate the market on OUTFRONT's digital capabilities : audience targeting, attribution, programmatic
Independently manage time, travel and resources to maximize the number of sales calls
Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers
Collaborate with internal creative department and clients to assist in development of effective advertising campaigns
Partner with Charting, Creative, Operations and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements in agreed locations
Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and accounts
Maintain consistent and detailed use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
Develop and maintain selling skills by attending regular training and professional development
Search out business leads and trending products
Your Experience
Must have a proven record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling DOOH is a BIG plus
Strong understanding of the overall digital advertising landscape
Proficiency in speaking to programmatic advertising
Strong experience managing customer relationships
Have a high level of organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Experience with selling digital and / or programmatic is a plus
Your Qualifications
College degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years' experience in sales, preferably media sales
Local market knowledge preferred
Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results
