Senior Tax Preparer - Established Dallas CPA Firm Confidential Opportunity | Dallas, TX | Remote
About Our Client Our client is a well-established, boutique CPA firm in Dallas that has been serving sophisticated clients over thirty years. This is a tight‑knit practice of five CPAs with over 100 combined years of tax expertise, specializing in complex tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and closely-held businesses.

Position Highlights Core Responsibilities
Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
Review returns prepared by team members
Collaborate on tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
Research technical tax matters and provide innovative solutions
Work closely with a team of five CPAs on challenging engagements
Required Qualifications
Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent designation (required)
Minimum 4 years in public accounting tax department (local or regional firm)
Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity types
Proven ability to manage time effectively in remote work environment
Willingness to work extended (but reasonable) hours during tax season
Highly Desired
CCH ProSystem fx and / or CCH Axcess Tax experience
QuickBooks proficiency
Advanced Excel and Word skills
Experience with wealthy, complex clients
Multi-state tax return experience
Compensation & Benefits
