We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced
senior accounting professional
to join a
private equity‑backed international manufacturing holding company
entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a
high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role
where you’ll drive accounting operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Oversee monthly consolidations and lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organization.
Streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic M&A activity, including purchase accounting.
Develop and enforce standardized policies, support year‑end audits, and champion automation and process improvement across finance functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred.
8+ years of accounting and finance experience with global companies, including 3+ years with a large international or US audit firm.
In‑depth knowledge of US GAAP, preference for IFRS exposure, and ability to prepare consolidated financial statements and related notes.
Experience with a financial consolidation package and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
