Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll lead key accounting functions, support strategic decision-making, and help shape the financial future of a company.

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations for payables, receivables, fixed assets, and accruals.

Manage inventory reviews to support operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal audit standards.

Contribute to the design and improvement of accounting systems and processes.

Provide insights through financial analysis and reporting to support business growth.

Take ownership of special projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.

Strong command of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Salary Range : $90K – $110K (DOE), based on experience and qualifications + highly competitive bonus plan!
