Responsibilities

Build roadmap and execution of data ecosystem to enable sales and retention (i.e., automation of tasks, application integrations, data retrieval and reporting).

Include AI innovation through existing tools and machine learning capabilities to drive efficiency within data team as well as platform (i.e., Opportunity Health Score, Data Quality/Enrichment, etc.).

Build machine learning models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and opportunity health, etc., utilizing VIPI, Win/Loss and other data sources.

Develop and create customized reports and dashboards through PowerBI.

Identify opportunities for standardization within platforms to be implemented across sales, sales support and retention related to insights on long-term pipeline, lifetime customer value, etc.

Partner with sector leads and pod to drive insights into end-to-end selling process – example stakeholders of inside sales, sales marketing, sales teams, etc.

Qualifications

Strong experience creating customized reports and dashboards through PowerBI.

Self-starter with a positive “can do” attitude.

Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals, objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks.

Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization (sales and operations).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
