Position: Full Stack Solutions Architect

Job Reference #:

Duration: 12 Months (Contract To Hire)

Location: Onsite – Plano, TX 75024

Pay Rate: $77.00 per hour (W2 only)

Requirement: Only local candidates who can work onsite Monday to Friday (contract-to-hire) are considered.

Responsibilities

Drive full-stack solution design based on industry best practices such as microservices, streaming technologies, and event-driven architectures that support modular, decoupled, and integrated designs.

Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation that aids in sustaining system integrity and facilitates knowledge sharing.

Deeply understand microservices architecture, cloud computing, and non-functional aspects of software architecture.

Lead identification and implementation of software patterns and artifacts (reference architecture, libraries, and reusable frameworks) for common use cases, and evangelize effective pattern utilization during software development to uphold sound architectural principles and good design practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to advise on engineering topics to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.

Mentor and coach software developers on system design, code quality, and maintainability.

Qualifications

4+ years as a Solution Architect with strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

10 years total experience, including 6 years in full‑stack development and 4+ years recent experience as a Solutions Architect.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS – required).

Experience with systems integrations and APIs; strong coding and hands‑on development in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

Understanding of enterprise architecture and compliance standards.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (required).

Other Requirements

A deep technical expertise in distributed computing, cloud architecture, data/database design, and web application development, with experience in application portfolio management.

Experience with system integration and APIs (Java Spring, Spring Boot microservices).

Able to code and provide hands‑on development in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

Knowledge of networking, security, and data management.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.

Desired Skills

A background in Financial Systems and relevant application or domain (Automotive).
