We’re looking for a seasoned digital product manager to take on the responsibilities of Product Owner within an agile scrum team.

Develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to broader strategic goals.

Establish and be accountable for Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for your product.

Build and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories.

Set the priority of work for the team.

Create new digital capabilities while ensuring ongoing maintainability, security, performance and viability of the product.

Steer decisions based on detailed knowledge of clients’ needs, feedback and analytics.

Ensure product compliance with risk, security policies, architecture and technology standards.

Support audit requests and be accountable for evidence of adherence and compliance.

Understand client and stakeholder needs through research, analysis and hypothesis testing.

Assess the market and competitive landscape.

Understand the end‑to‑end client journey and how the product solves pain points.

Ensure the product is tested with clients to validate readiness before market entry.

Perform user acceptance testing, manage defects and facilitate timely resolution of production issues.

Lead certain agile ceremonies.

Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment.

Develop launch plans and collaborate on communications, marketing and training.

Coordinate reviews and approvals with legal, risk, compliance and other control functions.

Help with buy‑vs‑build analysis and manage vendor relationships.

Track product‑specific key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

10+ years of digital product management experience on agile scrum teams.

Proven success delivering complex digital products in financial services (wealth management, banking or brokerage).

Strong ability to translate client needs into technology‑driven solutions.

Well‑versed in Jira, GitLab and Confluence.

Client‑obsessed with a hypothesis‑driven approach to understanding needs.

Data‑savvy with a track record of running experiments to prove value.

Focus on client outcomes over output and deliverables.

Effective team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Detail‑oriented, follow‑through on commitments and ability to build networks at all levels.

Inclusive and respectful of differing opinions and points of view.

Team & Culture In our agile operating model, teams are aligned to products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple scrum teams called “pods”. You’ll be working in a pod within the Digital Client Platforms crew. The mission is to create a best‑in‑class multi‑channel, digital experience for wealth management and banking clients.

Salary Range $120,000 – $140,000 (US only). Additional discretion for incentive compensation may apply.
