We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. Your passion for fostering positive behavior and creating a supportive learning environment will help make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Calabasas, CA Compensation:
$22.00 – $28.00 / hour
Job Description Location: Calabasas, CA Region. Sessions are completed in one of our clinics, the client’s home, or another community location. We schedule within 20–30 minutes of the client’s home to minimize commute time.
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and education.
Schedule:
Part-Time Afternoons – 15–25+ hours per week. Sessions are primarily 2–4 hours each with appointment-based scheduling. Must be available at least 4 days per week, for a minimum of 15 hours after 3 pm.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with clients in their home, school, or clinic.
Follow a personalized therapy plan created by our clinical team.
Use play, routines, and activities to help clients grow.
Track progress by taking notes and recording behaviors.
Encourage independence and build everyday life skills.
Celebrate successes—big or small.
Qualifications
High school graduate (or above) who enjoys working with children.
At least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, paid or unpaid.
Energetic, patient, and ready to learn.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
Willing to travel locally for sessions (≤30 minutes).
Passion for working with children and youth with developmental disabilities.
Bonus Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
ABA experience or RBT certification.
Experience managing maladaptive behaviors such as non-compliance, elopement, verbal and physical aggression, self-injury.
Bilingual (preferred).
