What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development and delivery of AI-driven product experiences for the financial statement audit process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product strategy, roadmap, and execution
Advocate for customer needs and promote the product vision to internal stakeholders and customers
Utilize data analysis to monitor product performance and make informed decisions
Inspire and guide teams in the ideation and experimentation of AI applications in the audit field
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience
Proven experience in delivering impactful AI products at scale
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GenAI and traditional ML approaches
Background in the financial audit industry is strongly preferred
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience in fintech with a focus on tax & accounting SaaS products
High energy and collaborative approach in matrixed environments
Strong product sense regarding future AI technology trends
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
