As we expand our footprint, we're seeking a highly organized, entrepreneurial-mindedProject Managerwith strong financial acumen and experience managing complex projects—preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry. About the Role: We’re looking for a results-drivenProject Managerto lead key initiatives across commercial buildouts, product development, operations, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project and financial management, has worked on large-scale projects such as skincare lines or medspa expansions, and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the table. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion—product development, skincare launches, business expansions, and more Lead commercial lease buildouts and negotiations (experience in the aesthetics space preferred) Collaborate with external vendors, architects, landlords, and internal teams to execute on business development and real estate strategies Own and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for various departments and company initiatives Work closely with leadership to scale new and existing business ventures Coordinate with R&D and marketing teams for product formulation, testing, compliance, and launch Identify bottlenecks, develop timelines, and ensure projects stay on track and within budget Prepare and present reports on operational efficiency, ROI, and growth strategy Support C-suite in special projects, vendor relationships, and company growth initiatives Qualifications: 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries Strong financial management skills—budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiation Experience in commercial lease buildouts, site negotiations, and project execution Proven experience managing complex, high-impact projects (e.g., product lines, new clinic builds, brand launches) Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats and execute autonomously Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills Bonus: Experience in skincare formulation, medical aesthetics, or product development What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work alongside a visionary team in a fast-growing company Exposure to exciting, high-impact projects in the aesthetics and beauty industry Creative and entrepreneurial work culture with room to grow Job Type: Full-time Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Seniority level
