Our client, a leading player in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and assurance of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully with the organization.
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.50/hr Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
What's the Job?
Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. parts.
Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation.
Responsible for FA inspection process.
Responsible for scanning into the DGS system.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
What's Needed?
Minimum of three to five years' experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro‑Mechanical components).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
Familiarity with FDA‑STD requirements is a plus.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical test equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
