Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UI Production Designer to join their team. As a UI Production Designer, you will be part of the UX department supporting cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, be detail-oriented and organized, and demonstrate adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to prepare high-quality design files for development
Stay hands-on through build and QA processes to ensure design fidelity and quality
Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices
Serve as a design system expert, implementing and extending components, tokens, and visual patterns
Translate UX flows and product requirements into refined, visually engaging UI designs
What's Needed?
3–5 years of professional experience in UI design or production design
Experience working with enterprise-level design systems and Figma, including component creation, variants, and library management
Understanding of responsive design for multiple platforms (web, mobile, app)
Experience collaborating directly with product managers and developers through delivery and QA
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
