Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate with 1+ years of previous marketing experience to join our growing firm. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to continue their marketing career with hands‑on experience in many areas of marketing. This position also offers opportunity for long‑term growth within the company. The Marketing Associate position reports to the Senior Marketing Specialist for CSI Group.

Key Responsibilities

Help manage the HubSpot platform, including defining client lists, maintaining accurate database fields, assigning contacts for follow‑up, and identifying “blind spots” in the database to improve quality control

Produce the company newsletter and email campaigns, including creating ideas on content, working with colleagues, building the newsletter in HubSpot, and distributing the campaign to clients and prospects

Maintain the accuracy of the company’s Google business page listings, industry listings, and social media channels, monitor client comments, and respond to messages

Update the website with new images or copy

Help with creating low‑profile campaign elements such as email campaigns, flyers, and letters to clients

Help with project management and administrative requests

Attend meetings with senior management to gain deeper exposure to the business and strategic discussions

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in an agency account services role (preferred) or client‑side marketing role

Interest in working in complex industries: tax, financial services, and legal

Ability to incorporate data into reports that enable analysis of information to inform management decisions

Comfortable with experimenting with new technologies, including AI tools

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, written, and verbal skills

Ability to work and learn independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

Skills

Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) or Canva

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is an on‑site position with hybrid opportunity once trained.
