Position Summary College of Business Corporate MBA is seeking a graduate student for a graduate hourly appointment. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative and office support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Compiling cohort schedules

Collecting required onboarding documents such as the CBA Honor Code and the Math and Statistics review

Assisting with event coordination, including the graduation ceremony and Lunar New Year celebration.

Reviewing, updating, and ensuring accessibility and compliance of key program documents such as the CMBA Student Handbook, CMBA Study Guide, and CMBA Pre-Arrival Practical Matters.

Supporting new international students with practical needs, such as housing.

Gathering information on international collaborative programs at other universities to help identify target markets and potential partners.

Administrative and office support.

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaboration and teamwork skills.
