Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Show up hungry—solve problems, get answers, and execute before others ask. Must Have Experience
10+ years in operational leadership, including financial oversight and cross‑functional management. MBA strongly preferred, with proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in high‑velocity settings. Experience with mid‑size companies within professional services, automotive, advertising, real estate, or technology industries. High EQ with strong communication and team‑building instincts. Hands‑on, detail‑obsessed operator who takes pride in getting things done right. Self‑motivated and scrappy—able to function without step‑by‑step direction or ongoing training.
