Responsibilities
Managing all contacts with study subjects
Tracing lost subjects
Coordinating participant compensation
Overseeing biospecimen collection kit and shipment supplies
Monitoring success of advertising
Updating the study website
Performing quality control
Performing literature reviews
Assisting with mailings and subject tracking for validation study and sub studies (E-PRESTO, home pregnancy tests, semen collection)
Monitoring biospecimen collection and coordinating sample shipments
Overseeing the organization and storage of biospecimen samples in PRESTO freezers
Organizing research meetings, drafting meeting minutes
Maintaining up-to-date IRB applications and study protocols
Drafting grant progress reports
Assisting Principal Investigators with basic administrative tasks, including booking of travel, processing of travel and meeting expenses, grant writing, conference preparation, and manuscript submission
Required Skills
A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience and proficiency in Word, Access, and Excel
Background in the natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry) or public health strongly preferred
