Concierge Pediatrics – Mount Sinai Solutions:

Concierge Pediatrics – Hudson Yards Mount Sinai seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide concierge-level primary and preventive care to adults and children at a next-generation health center on the East side of Manhattan and in patients’ homes. The focus will be on providing the best white-glove patient care and experience possible to a dedicated panel of member/patients, including families. We expect to provide much of this care, particularly to children, in the home. Clinical performance will be evaluated based on patient satisfaction — not RVUs and productivity.
The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center “MSAHC” provides care and wellness for young people by delivering high quality, comprehensive, integrated and confidential services at no cost to patients. The Center advances adolescent health as a national imperative by serving as a leading center of clinical care, specialized training, innovative research and advocacy.
Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights is a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn dedicated to providing exceptional “whole person” healthcare. The practice is located at 300 Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn, NY 11201, serving a diverse community close to Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Cobble Hill, and Carroll Gardens, with access to parks, schools, cultural activities, and dining options.
Responsibilities
Delivers exceptional primary pediatric care
Delivers primary care to children through traditional face-to-face visits and non-visit-based interactions (e.g., phone, digital messaging, video chat) for a physician-specific population of practice members, including children from birth to age 18
Uses outstanding communication skills to help patients and families understand diagnostic tests and treatments, navigate all aspects of care, and prepare for specialty medical appointments
Initiates timely referrals to specialty services and maintains close bi-directional communication with specialists to promote continuity of care
Provides concierge-level service at all times, with 24/7 availability by phone to a dedicated patient panel and advocacy within the broader health care system
Performs other professional duties as needed, including liaison with outside medical consultants, hospitalists, and emergency room providers to ensure timely and continuous care and a positive patient experience
Collaborates with health center staff in all aspects of patient care
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a continuity panel of pediatric patients (for Concierge roles only)
Medical Degree (MD) from an Accredited University
New York Medical License or eligibility for license
Board Certified in Pediatrics
Compensation ranges from 143K to 400K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
