Sales Operations Manager

– an AI‑powered search and productivity platform—will enable our go‑to‑market teams to run with precision and confidence. The role manages the systems, forecasting, and renewal processes that power revenue growth across both our API and Enterprise businesses.
You’ll own Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring every quote, order, and renewal flows smoothly through our pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to design scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, and support sellers through every stage of the deal cycle.

Responsibilities
Own and optimize Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows
Lead the quote‑to‑cash process, ensuring order forms, pricing, and renewals are accurate and consistent
Support renewal operations by partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure timely renewals and clean data
Collaborate with Sales Directors to manage forecasting cadence, improve pipeline visibility, and build actionable reports
Maintain data quality across opportunities, quotes, and accounts, ensuring accuracy in all revenue‑related reporting
Partner with Finance and Legal on deal desk operations, pricing validation, and vendor onboarding
Work with Product Ops and Engineering to operationalize API billing and usage‑based pricing models
Develop dashboards and analytics that give leadership a clear view of bookings, renewals, and forecast health
Continuously refine sales processes to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and scale efficiently as the business grows
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles within a SaaS environment
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ required
Proven ability to design, manage, and improve quoting and approval workflows
Experience managing renewals and ensuring contract accuracy across CRM and billing systems
Familiarity with usage‑based or API‑driven billing models preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to turn data into insights that drive action
Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance, and Legal
Comfortable owning multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Compensation Salary band: $130,000—$185,000 USD, based on geographic and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process.
