Quality control: review/approve copy and builds; enforce brand voice, compliance, and rigorous QA across email, SMS, landing pages, and ads
Data‑driven optimization: own weekly and monthly reporting; analyze KPIs, cohort trends, and test results; turn findings into actionable next steps

Hands‑on support when needed: jump in to draft, edit, or load emails/SMS to maintain momentum during peak moments
Rapid response: coordinate and execute timely pivots around breaking news, endorsements, and calendar moments
Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with creative, data/analytics, and media teams to align targeting, creative, and landing page experience
Guide list hygiene, acquisition, and re‑engagement strategies to sustain long‑term revenue
(Optional) New business: support scoping, proposal inputs, and occasional pitches as bandwidth allows
Requirements
5–7+ years in digital, communications, fundraising, or campaign roles (political/advocacy experience strongly preferred)

Platform familiarity: NGP, Action Network, ActBlue, Switchboard, Numero, ActionKit (or comparable tools)
Demonstrated people leadership: delegating, coaching, giving kind/actionable feedback, and developing teammates
