Part‑Time Advanced Practice Provider / Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Signet Health manages the Behavioral Health Services for Medstar Washington Hospital Center. We are hiring a part‑time APRN or PMHNP for acute care. This role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and is located in Washington, DC.
Competitive compensation package:
$15,000 retention bonus; hourly rate $55.28–$68.75.
Essential functions:
Perform H&P and ongoing care for patients on behavioral health inpatient units.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Contribute to agency‑wide training programs and in‑services.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation to meet Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
Complete rotations throughout Washington Hospital Center.
Qualifications:
Acute care experience as an APRN or related advanced practice role.
Master’s or higher degree from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
Certification in Acute or Acute Adult NP through ANCC.
Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and oral/written skills.
Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
