What You'll Do
Contribute to the backend services that power ML and Generative-AI features. Design, develop, implement and evaluate machine learning models using classical and deep learning approaches, as well as GenAI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing products and services. Analyze and improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and stability of AI-enabled workflows. Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the ML team.
What You Need To Succeed
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering roles. Strong software engineering skills, including version control, code review, and CI/CD practices. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and SageMaker. Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with Generative AI technologies and applications is a plus. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other modern NLP techniques is a plus. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 – $257,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles start with base salary and may include short-term incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards.
