How We LEAD

The UMLE Special Projects Manager will provide support to the Artist Royalties and UMLE label teams. The manager will serve as the point person for the UMLE label as it relates to royalties and will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients and service their needs. This position is responsible for handling external client inquiries, internal label inquiries and assist in processing royalties. This role requires excellent client communication skills and a good understanding of royalty accounting. How Youll CREATE Handle high?profile clients as the primary royalty point?of?contact Assist clients with statement retrieval and inquiries from the royalty portal Assist clients with portal access and new vendor creation Liaise with internal teams (i.e. Finance, Business Affairs, Royalties, Global Client Services, etc.) to assist with analysis, gathering information, inquiries and royalty processing Assist the royalty department with completing royalty tasks to expedite the royalty process

Proven experience in artist royalties with a strong understanding of artist contracts, music rights and royalty structures (at least 2 years preferred) Customer service experience is beneficial (experience with Zendesk a plus) Must be able to speak, write and read fluently in Spanish Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required Familiarity with financial management software (SAP) is a plus Strong analytical, problem?solving and time?management skills are a must Bachelors degree in related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross?functional teams in a fast?paced environment
