This role is located in Albuquerque and involves water, wastewater and stormwater projects.

You will be involved in all phases of design—from conceptual to construction support.

The position offers a base pay range of $85,000.00/yr to $110,000.00/yr, with compensation reflecting experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop technical treatment strategies, select processes, define design criteria, and deliver wastewater projects.

Coordinate with clients, internal specialists, and design professionals to meet project goals.

Support planning, design, permitting, and construction phases of wastewater‑related projects.

Prepare proposals and presentations.

Conduct fieldwork and site visits; occasional travel required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.

PE license.

5–10 years of experience in wastewater infrastructure, including project engineering and management.

Experience leading multi‑disciplinary, multi‑year projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑interaction skills.

Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, with ability to present complex topics to non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
