You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers next-generation AI applications, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across complex healthcare data systems.

Responsibilities
Design and implement infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using tools such as Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, fault‑tolerant, and secure production systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including data protection and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
You Will Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a Site Reliability or similar engineering role.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure orchestration using Python or Go.
Hands‑on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and other infrastructure automation tools.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Datadog).
Familiarity with security and compliance practices, including tools like Vault, AWS KMS, or Azure Key Vault.
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience implementing HIPAA or SOC2 compliance.
Prior experience in a high‑performance computing (HPC) environment.
